ABOUT ME
A Little Background
Fitness pioneer Marie Orlandi’s revolutionary 444 Method gives women solid and lean muscles, regardless of their genetic shape, creating balance in their body and mind. Marie knows this because she transformed herself—and thousands of other women based on mixed fitness practices, scientific research, nutrition, meditation methodologies, and her journey to find balance.
Before her accident, she had a successful acting career in Paris, France. Marie graduated with a performing arts degree, where she studied singing, hip-hop, and street jazz. While in Paris, she performed as Edith Piaf at the famous Olympia Theater in La Môme and did a two-year tour worldwide. She also performed in several musicals like Fame and Flashdance.
One night in March 2011, Marie was struck by a motorcycle. The horrific accident left her in a wheelchair for almost two years, with the doctors saying she would never walk normally again. Sheer willpower and determination motivated her to beat the odds.
After gaining 30 lbs., she moved to Los Angeles, CA, where she discovered Pilates, yoga, meditation, intermittent fasting, positive thinking, and fitness. Marie began her journey to develop her 444 Method—a mix of fitness practices, scientific research, nutrition, meditation methodologies, and her journey to find balance.
